This is called a Robson Desk named after the iconic shopping street in Vancouver, Canada.
This was originally a typewriter desk that was brought back as a perfect computer desk. It belongs to Lily based in Vancouver. She operates Birch + Bird. The entire house actually, including this workspace, was featured on HGTV, Canada. See all the goodness here.
